We keep delivery costs as low as we possibly can.

Mainland England: FREE one man delivery, assistance will be required to unload.

Wales & Central Scotland*: £45 one man delivery, assistance will be required to unload.

If you require two man delivery there is an additional cost of £80.00, please get in touch to request and set up.

For any other area of the UK including Northern Ireland and Ireland, please get in touch for a quote.

Please see our home page for our current lead times. The lead times stated on our website and in your order confirmation email is an estimate, there can sometimes be delays due to circumstances outside of our control but we will provide updates.

The only way we can guarantee that you will be offered a delivery timeslot within the lead time set is if you opt for a fast track delivery, see below.

Our Fast Track Service

We can offer a 3-4 week fast track option throughout Mainland England.

You will be guaranteed to be offered a delivery time slot within four weeks from your order date.

There is an additional cost of £100 for this service.

Delivery Information

We will contact you when your order has moved through to production. At this stage no further amendments can be made to your order.

When your order is complete, you will receive an email from us confirming that it is due for dispatch with details of our trusted courier. Your order will be delivered by one person, they may need assistance in delivering your order.

The courier will then be in touch to confirm an expected delivery date. If you are unable to accept delivery and need to change the date or time, you should contact the courier directly using the details they provide.

Deliveries can be any date of the week and can be from 8am to 10pm.

If you cancel your delivery within 72 hours of your time slot you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

Delivery T’s and C’s
The boring but important stuff

Our couriers have a busy schedule and your delivery will be planned in advance to ensure the ‘greenest’ route. You will be notified in advance of this date, and given an opportunity to change it should you need to.

Any delays due to non-access, late cancellations, or any other reason, will be subject to a re-delivery charge based on the number of items in the order. The minimum cost will be £115.00. This will be charged directly by the courier and will require payment prior to re-scheduling your delivery.

The delivery driver will require assistance in unloading your item(s) and getting them inside your property. Please ensure that there is someone there to offer assistance. If you would prefer a two man delivery team, please let us know at time of order. There is a surcharge of £80.00 for this. Important Note: Depending on the size of your table, the weight can be up to 115kg.


Our couriers reserve the right to refuse any deliveries that are not deemed safe for them to carry out.

They will not lift furniture over fencing or other obstructions and cannot remove doors to widen spaces.

There must be adequate space to allow for very large tables to get to the chosen room and access must be simple and safe. Any other furniture or trip hazards should be moved in advance and floor covers used by the customer to avoid possibly dirty footprints.


There must be sufficient parking close to the property to enable our couriers to unload and deliver items safely and efficiently.

If there are any parking restrictions we should be made aware of this at the point of order. We will not be able to deliver unless we have any necessary permission or permits which will be the responsibility of the customer to provide.


All of our items are flat packed and will be assembled on site should this be required. If you would like your table to be kept flat packed, please let us know at point of order.

Accepting Delivery

The items must be examined on arrival. If asked for a signature, all items should be fully checked before signing for them. We cannot be responsible for any damage or faults not reported at the point of delivery.

Any delivery dates or time slots given are estimates only.  While we will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within the time slot agreed we will not be responsible for any losses caused to the customer as a result of late delivery, and are unable to offer compensation if the agreed delivery date is missed or cancelled.


Although we will always attempt to have deliveries made in one consignment, we reserve the right to have goods delivered in more than one consignment, unless otherwise agreed.
